The short version. NoContact is a self-help companion app. It is not therapy, not medical advice, and not a substitute for professional support. Use it responsibly, don't misuse it, and understand that a subscription recurs until you cancel it through Google Play.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NoContact mobile application ("the app", "we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't install or uninstall the app.
The app is operated as an independent project by its developer, based in Turkey.
NoContact helps you track a personal "no-contact" period after a breakup through features like a streak counter, journal prompts, mood check-ins, and crisis ("SOS") tools. It is a piece of self-help software. It is not:

The app includes a short curated list of international hotlines as a convenience, but we cannot guarantee that any listed service is available in your country at any given moment.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are a minor under the laws of your country, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and consented on your behalf.
The app has no account system. Everything you save is stored only on your device. Please see our Privacy Policy for the details of what is and isn't transmitted off-device.
You are solely responsible for the content you save in the app. We cannot restore content that was deleted from your device, and we have no backup of it.

The app offers an optional "Pro" subscription that unlocks additional features (unlimited red flags, unlimited letters, advanced SOS toolkit, and others as they ship). Pro is offered as a recurring subscription billed through Google Play Billing on the Play Store.
Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policies. You can request a refund directly through the Play Store for eligible purchases. We do not process refunds outside of Google Play because we never handle your payment details.
From time to time the app may display time-limited discount offers (for example, a "one-time 50% off" recovery offer shown on a subsequent app launch). Each such offer is a one-shot, per-user promotion tracked locally on your device. The countdown and eligibility are real: once the timer expires or the offer is dismissed, it is not re-shown, and any claimed discounts are charged by Google Play at the discounted SKU price displayed to you at the moment of purchase.
The app, its name "NoContact", the logo, the visual design, the source code, and all written copy (including affirmations and prompts) are the intellectual property of the developer, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Content you create inside the app (letters, moments, moods, etc.) remains yours. Because we do not receive a copy, no transfer of rights to us is implied.
The app uses third-party services (Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Play Billing) as described in the Privacy Policy. Those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control. A disruption of any of them may cause parts of the app to degrade temporarily.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, be free of bugs, or produce any particular emotional, psychological, or behavioural outcome.
Nothing in the app is medical advice. If you need medical or psychological help, please consult a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the app — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The developer's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the app or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid for a Pro subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 10.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your ability to use the app if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the app in a way that could harm other users, third parties, or the integrity of the app itself.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, surface a notice inside the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the app or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law in your place of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts — in which case that law prevails.
