These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Boxing Timer Round application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription, unless the price is changed and you accept the new price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Prices are shown in your local currency by the App Store. Apple may convert prices automatically; the exact local-currency amount is displayed inside the App at the moment of purchase. We may change pricing for new subscribers at any time; existing subscribers will be notified of any price increase as required by Apple.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple, not by us. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process. We are not able to issue refunds outside Apple's system.
The App includes a free tier limited to three (3) workouts per calendar day, the basic boxing preset, and the default bell sound. The free tier is provided as-is and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

The App, including its source code, design, audio assets, and trademarks, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
The App is a timer for combat-sports training. It is not medical advice. Boxing, MMA, and other combat sports involve risk of physical injury. Consult a qualified physician before starting any training program, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant. Use the App and conduct any training at your own risk.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US (THROUGH APPLE) FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent these Terms are less restrictive than, or otherwise conflict with, Apple's Standard EULA, the more restrictive or conflicting terms in Apple's EULA shall apply with respect to Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
